I agree with that! Even when he accidentally runs into biological land mines. Like the time he ran in to a jumping cactus, and got covered in teddy bear choya, or when he fell off the cliff, in the Sonoran desert, or when when he got hit by a giant tsunami, or when he got bitten by a Gilla monster.

Venomous snakes are crazy. They evolved from lizards, like all other snakes, but somewhere along the line they weaponized themselves with venom. Not just venom to kill little mice and what not, but, in some cases, venom so strong a drop could kill ten men easily. Imagine if humans had something like this, lol

They reproduce a lot (up to 90 offspring) and can adapt very well to human altered environments. That's why they are one of the most prominent snakes here in Costa Rica (that leads a lot of encounters/accidents with them).
Also they're freaking beautiful and the ground-like colors 👌🏼😍.

Hey Coyote, I think I’ve found one more bug to at to your sting and bite legacy. The Assassin Bug. You may have completed the sting index. However, the Assassin bug is no joke and it would be interesting to see where it stacks up against the top stings.

    • Prattish98
      Prattish98 7 महीने पहले

The acids the bug uses to liquify the inside of its prey are not fatal in most cases. It can be treated like a sting or a bite from many of the other animals coyote has subject himself to being stung/bitten by. The main concern would not be the bite itself but the potential of the spread of Chagas disease. Coyote could still make an episode about this bug. And talk about it’s dangers as well as it’s mild mannered nature.

When I saw Costa Rica’s most dangerous pit viper I couldn’t remember if the Fer de lance was a put viper. I did remember however that they are one of the most. If not the most dangerous snake in Costa Rica. Possibly all of South America, due to their venom having necrotic properties and also basically just organ failure being another thing their venom does.
I’m so happy I was right and it’s the fer de lance.
