The Velvet Ant, which is actually a species of wingless wasp, is well known for possessing one of the most painful stings in the insect kingdom. In fact, this legendary sting is so painful it has even earned them the nickname “cow killer” because it is said to be so excruciating it can actually kill a cow.
Now the cow killing part is simply a myth but in his quest to work all the way up the insect sting pain index to the most painful sting on record, which is that of the Bullet Ant, Coyote has decided he better find out just how bad the number four ranked Velvet Ant is first.

It is not an ant. And there aren't any records of cows being killed by this insect. 😂

This is his own show, my man lol, It's just on INclips. The content in these videos is definitely _much_ better than anything on animal planet right now. Having a 30-minute show on TV/Animal planet does not mean a show is suddenly legitimized. This channel puts out way better content than TV allows, yet keeps the insanely good level of production that you might think of on cable TV. This _is_ his own show.

Can attest to the pain, got stung as a kid. My mom said my ankle swelled up 3 times it's size. Had trouble walking. And yeah they are tough, I've stepped on a few with shoes on and didn't even faze it
